We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be in the same condition as when it was received
  • Include all original packaging, dust bag, certificate of authenticity, and any accessories
  • Not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Have all original tags and security seals intact

Please note: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Receive Authorization

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Ship the Item

Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item not as described). We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

All items sold on Coastal5 Luxury are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. If at any time you believe an item purchased from us is not authentic, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. This authenticity guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (if applicable)
